Which streaming protocol do you recommend for Ingest?

For Starter/PRO, RTMP protocol is the recommended protocol for ingest.

For Enterprise Version, RTMP/SRT ingest protocols are supported. SRT is used for lowest latency in Enterprise subscriptions.
