Adding Existing Users to a Project

If a team member already has a Super View account in your workspace, you can add them to a project like this:

  1. In your PROJECTS menu, click EDIT PROJECT.

  2. Scroll down if needed and click ADD USER.

  3. Choose the existing Team Member from the drop down. If the desired User hasn’t been added to your Workspace yet, please follow the steps for INVITING NEW TEAM MEMBERS.

  4. Choose the ROLE you’d like this User to have for this Project.

  5. If you select PROJECT ADMIN, that user will now be able to help you manage the following:
     a. Add or remove other existing Workspace Users to and from the project.
     b. Create, delete, rename or re-order VIEWS.
     c. Manage channels and user permissions for the Party Line Intercom
  1. PROJECT ADMINS cannot:
     a. Invite new USERS to your workspace
     b. Create or delete SOURCES
