Before anyone can use the Intercom feature, an Admin must first create channels, then assign users to those channels.
- Open the INTERCOM panel by clicking its icon on the left.
- Click the [+] icon to add a new INTERCOM CHANNEL.
- Name your channel.
- Then proceed to add users to the channel. (Note: If you do not see the user you’d like to add, they may not have been added to the project correction, or have not yet accepted their workspace invite.)
- Click the CREATE button to finish creating your new channel.
- You and your other team members can use the single channel, or you can repeat the above steps to create additional channels.
